        Summary: SalesScraper Pro is a one-time purchase Chrome extension. You buy it, you own it. No recurring charges. Use it for lawful lead generation only. Some features depend on the page structure of third-party platforms. If a platform updates its layout and breaks a feature, we will release a fix within 48 hours of identifying the issue, subject to Chrome Web Store review timelines of up to 7 business days. By purchasing, you accept this limitation.
    

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using SalesScraper Pro ("Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, uninstall the Extension and do not use it.

2. Description of the Extension

SalesScraper Pro is a Chrome extension that extracts publicly visible contact information (names, job titles, company names) from web pages you visit and exports the data as a CSV file. All extraction happens locally in your browser — no data is transmitted to Vijit Labs servers.

3. License and Payment

SalesScraper Pro is sold as a one-time perpetual license. Upon purchase, you receive a license tied to your account (Google account or license key) that grants you indefinite personal use of the Extension version available at the time of purchase.

One license supports one active session at a time. Do not share your license key or account credentials with others.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. All prices are in INR unless otherwise stated.
A 7-day refund is available, limited to one per account, subject to the exclusions in Section 3a below. See our refund policy at support@vijit.in.

3a. Refund Exclusions — Third-Party Platform Account Restrictions

SalesScraper Pro includes features (including but not limited to Auto-Paginator and Extract Contact Info) that automate interaction with third-party platforms such as LinkedIn. This automation is the core, intended function of these features, not a misuse of them.

        You explicitly acknowledge and accept that: any automated interaction with a third-party platform — even when used exactly as intended, with the delays and safeguards built into the Extension — carries an inherent, irreducible risk that the platform may restrict, flag, rate-limit, or suspend your account on that platform. This risk exists regardless of how carefully the Extension is used, because it depends on the third-party platform's own detection systems, which Vijit Labs does not control and cannot predict.
    

Account restriction, suspension, or any other action taken by LinkedIn or any other third-party platform against your account on that platform is not a defect in the Extension and is not eligible for a refund, whether it occurs within or after the 7-day refund window.
This exclusion applies to normal, intended use of the Extension's automation features, not only to use that violates these Terms.
By purchasing or activating a free trial, you confirm you understand and accept this risk before using any automation feature. If this risk is not acceptable to you, do not use the Auto-Paginator or Extract Contact Info features.

What this typically looks like: in practice, this risk usually shows up as a temporary notice from LinkedIn — for example, a message stating it has detected unusual activity, or a temporary limit on searches, connection requests, profile views, or messaging — rather than a permanent ban. Based on patterns reported across automation tools generally, this is more likely to appear after weeks of sustained, heavy use than during a single short session. LinkedIn does not publish a fixed threshold, and Vijit Labs has no visibility into or control over when or why LinkedIn's systems act.

If you receive such a notice: stop using Auto-Paginator and Extract Contact Info immediately, do not attempt to work around the restriction, and allow LinkedIn's own review process to run its course. Continuing to use automation features after a warning increases the risk of a more severe or longer-lasting restriction, and any consequence that follows is covered by the exclusion above.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use SalesScraper Pro only for lawful lead generation and sales outreach. You agree that:

You will not use the Extension to scrape data in violation of any website's terms of service, including LinkedIn's User Agreement.
You will comply with all applicable data protection laws (GDPR, India's DPDP Act, CAN-SPAM, etc.) when using extracted data for outreach.
You will not use extracted data to spam, harass, or engage in unlawful communication.
You will not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the Extension or any data extracted using it.
You are solely responsible for how you use the data you extract.

5. Data and Privacy

Lead data you extract stays entirely in your browser and is never transmitted to Vijit Labs. The only data we receive is your license identifier (Google account email or license key), used solely for license verification and active session management. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Service Availability

SalesScraper Pro is a Chrome extension that runs locally — it does not depend on Vijit Labs servers for its core functionality. License verification requires an internet connection to Firebase. If Firebase is unavailable, the Extension falls back to a locally cached license check.

Vijit Labs operates as a solo-founder business. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain the license verification service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Acknowledgement: We aim to acknowledge reported issues within 12 hours of notification.
Resolution: We aim to resolve confirmed service-impacting bugs within 72 hours where technically feasible.

These are good-faith commitments, not contractual SLA guarantees. Issues caused by Chrome updates or third-party site changes (e.g. LinkedIn DOM structure changes) may require additional time to resolve.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Website structures change frequently — LinkedIn and other sites may update their DOM at any time, which may temporarily break extraction. We will aim to release a fix promptly when this happens.

7a. Third-Party Platform Dependency and Feature Availability

Certain features of SalesScraper Pro, including but not limited to Contact Info extraction, depend on the publicly visible page structure of third-party platforms. Vijit Labs does not control these platforms and cannot guarantee that such features will work continuously or permanently.

If a third-party platform updates its page structure in a way that breaks a feature, that feature may stop working without prior notice.
Vijit Labs will release a corrective update within 48 hours of identifying the issue. This timeline begins when the issue is confirmed by Vijit Labs, not when it is first reported by a user.
Restoration of functionality after a fix is released is additionally subject to the Chrome Web Store review and approval process, which is outside Vijit Labs' control and may take up to 7 business days.
Vijit Labs is not liable for any loss of business, missed leads, or other damages resulting from temporary feature unavailability caused by third-party platform changes.

By purchasing or using SalesScraper Pro, you explicitly acknowledge and accept this limitation. If this limitation is not acceptable to you, do not purchase the product.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vijit Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension, including any consequences resulting from your use of extracted data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the license.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your license if you violate these Terms, particularly the Acceptable Use provisions. No refund will be issued in cases of termination for cause.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Thane, Maharashtra, India.
